The Regard Partnership provides care and support services to adults and children with complex needs at more than 120 locations across England and Wales.

From the moment the company’s founders John Webster and John Farragher – two registered nurses - founded their first care home in Kent in 1994, they were clear about the progressive nature of the organisation they wanted to build.

Our approach combines two Pathways to Progress: the development of working partnerships - with service users, care professionals and local communities – and the provision of unconditional positive regard to vulnerable people.

The approach is underpinned by full-time Quality Assurance, Training and Benefits teams to maintain the quality of its operations and promote best practise.

Our mission is to help service users to achieve their goals and fulfil their potential by providing quality, individualised
care and support at local levels.
