About us

The Regard Partnership operates over 120 care homes and supported living services in England and Wales for people with learning difficulties, mental health problems or acquired brain injuries. The company also operates services for children with learning disabilities and emotional and behavioural disorders.

The organisation was founded in 1994 by two nurses; John Webster (a general, learning disability and mental health nurse) and John Farragher (a learning disability nurse).

Growth has been built on a reputation for progression — listening to the opinions and needs of service users, parents and local authorities and then investing to provide relevant services supported by a credible infrastructure.

The co-founders are still actively involved in refining the individualised nature and quality of the care and support provided at local levels.

The Regard Partnership aims to support the child with his/her journey through to adulthood by ensuring that they are aware of the circle of significant adults and children arout them and how to use this support.
