Full Time Support Workers x 3 - Woodlands

Are you friendly, confident and compassionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and helping them achieve their goals and aspirations?

We are currently looking to recruit Support Workers for our residential service, Woodlands in Gunnislake, Cornwall. This is a registered service for 6 adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and other concurrent complex needs.

Experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. A positive outlook, enabling attitude and aptitude for engaging with and supporting people to make choices about their unique lifestyles is required. Basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills are required along with a willingness to attend training requirements as part of your professional development, including NVQ/QCF L2 in Health & Social Care.

These positions cover various shift patterns including days, evenings, some sleep overs and weekends as per rota. You will need to be flexible and be able to use your own initiative.
