Project and Sites Officer - Kent, Surrey and Sussex Area


Project and Sites Officer is responsible for assisting with the delivery of building projects primarily, but not limited to, the Kent, Surrey and Sussex regions.

You will responsible for the delivery all assigned building projects on time and within budget.

Your involvement will be from inception to completion including scoping the project, liaising with and co-ordinating external agencies, managing the planning and setting up of projects, appointing contractors and day to day site visits, supervising site contractors and monitoring progress ensuring completion to the internal and legislative standards.

Experience of developing and co-ordinating projects, building relationships and organising activities will be required.

The majority of our projects are singular build and/or reconfiguration of existing buildings to create supported accommodation for between 6 to 8 clients.

You will be a people-person who easily establishes rapport with others and you will bring knowledge and understanding of H&S, relevant legislation and best practice.

You will have the ability to use your own initiative and judgement to determine the most appropriate course of action within legislation and/or project specifications.

You will be required to travel and be flexible in working hours with some overnight stays.

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and two references, one of which must be from your current or most recent employer
