A Senior Support Worker is required, 39 hours per week on a shift basis (days, evenings and some weekends), at our residential home, Fleetwood House in Littlehampton.
The service supports both men and women with a learning disability, some of whom may have additional conditions, for example, anglemans syndrome, autism, epilepsy, chromosome disorders.
Qualifications / skills/ qualities required:
• Experience working with people with learning disabilities essential.
• At least one year experience leading shifts in a care home/supported living scheme/similar schemes
• NVQ/QCF level 3 (or working towards one)
