We are looking for full time Senior Support Workers for our Nine bedded service for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Dementia and Mental Health related issues within the London Borough of Sutton.
We are located in a quiet road a short walking distance from Sutton Town Centre and all transport networks are within about 5-10 minutes range from the service.
You will need to be flexible, reliable and able to use your own initiative. Previous experience of working with people with similar diagnosis as above would be advantageous.
An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards one) is also a requirement for this post.
Experience in shift leading and supervising junior staff is preferable.
Experience of supervising junior staff is essential.
Drivers preferred for this role.
