Chertsey Road is a registered residential home for four female adult’s aged mid-70s with Learning Disabilities and individual complex needs in Twickenham.
The service has experience of working with adults who have complex needs and high levels of vulnerability, supporting and enabling them to become more independent in their everyday life.
The service is outcome focused working with individuals to achieve their goals in a way that is meaningful to them.
We have the following exciting vacancy at our service in 401Chertsey Road.
Support Workers & Senior Support Worker in our service contribute to the development and implementation of support plans/risk assessment, key working and other allocated tasks.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills both literacy and numeracy. Someone who is calm and have loads of patience, enthusiastic, imaginative and caring with a good sense of fun.
If you wish to try something different, this probably would be a great opportunity to share your experience.
A good and clean driving license is essential.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and two references, one of which must be from your current or most recent employer.
