We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our residential service Hazelwood in East Cowes, working with adults with learning disabilities.
Experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. A positive outlook, enabling attitude and aptitude for engaging with and supporting people to make choices about their unique lifestyles is required.
Basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills are required along with a willingness to attend training requirements as part of your professional development, including NVQ/QCF L2 in Health & Social Care.
These positions cover various shift patterns including days, evenings, some sleep overs and weekends as per rota. You will need to be flexible and be able to use your own initiative.
