Support Workers - Inglewood

Inglewood are looking to recruit full time/part time and Zero Hour Support Workers for a residential service for adults with Dementia, communication, complex physical and health needs, Epilepsy, Autistic, Challenging Behaviour, Complex needs and communication difficulties.

The Regard Partnership is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to work with our professional and experienced teams, who share our values in enriching our service user’s lives and encouraging their independence.

You will need to be flexible, reliable and able to use your own initiative.

An NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Social Health and Care (or working towards one) is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

However, a positive outlook, enabling attitude and aptitude for engaging with and supporting people to make choices about their unique lifestyles and lead independent lives is essential.

Inglewood is a large detached house situated in Camberley and is a 12 bedded residential home supporting young adults with learning disabilities, in a very relaxed and homely setting.

Support is tailored to reflect individual need with a focus on developing independent living skills and the possible future pathways to supported living 24 hours of shared support, including night support.
