Our Two Wells service provide opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to future pathways for supporting people with a range of needs in a registered care environment, to supported living and beyond.
Set in rural community and surrounded by acres of stunning countryside, the service, for a maximum of 17 individuals, is provided across two properties. Two Wells provides the highest level of 24 hour support, promotion of independence and integration into the community.

Our Services Offered
Everyone living at the Two Wells service is actively involved in all decisions in relation to the running of their home and personal life.
People are involved in:
- Budgeting
- Staff matching
- Quality checking and health and safety
- Changes to living environment
- Development of service delivery
- Self assessment through person centred planning
- Day services at the site are many and varied, from horse riding, swimming and rambling to photography and local history studies.
- Individuals also benefit from a nearby weavery and pottery studio, renowned in the local area for producing high quality articles. Individuals are actively encouraged to integrate with the local community and several individuals have been supported to take on part time jobs.
The site has a large vegetable patch and fruit orchard, maintained by the individuals, and harvested to provide produce used by individuals in their own kitchen.
We have experience of supporting people with direct payments, self directed support, personal budget, individual service funds and privately funded.
About the Property
Two Wells residential service is located in the village of Cranborne at the heart of the Cranborne Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The residential service consists of the two main properties; Tregonwell Lodge, and Two Wells. Tregonwell Lodge is an 18th century listed building situated in 3.5 acres of gardens and paddocks. Two Wells is a post war 4 bedroom detached property located next door to Tregonwell Lodge. The Residential buildings at Two Wells are situated in grounds that are linked together so that individuals can access all areas.
