The Domiciliary Care Agency Surrey is part of The Regard Partnership Ltd who provides a range of care and support services to adults (18-65) with learning difficulties, mental health problems, physical disabilities and associated problems living in their own homes.

The Regard Partnership Ltd Domiciliary Care Agency Surrey provides support and care services to Adults with Learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities. We work in partnership with the individuals, people significant in their lives and others to provide care and support that will enable the individuals to make choices and decision and to achieve their expectations to enable them to live life as independently as possible.
Our Services Offered
To provide support and care as directed by needs led assessment to adults with learning difficulty, mental health needs, physical disabilities and their families in their own homes. The agency will work with the Service User and others that are significant in the Service User lives to help design the care and support plans to meet the individual needs. Each Service User will own their care and support plan and this will be tailored to the individual to ensure inclusion and understanding. A copy of the care and support plan will provided to the individual and a copy retained in the agency office. We believe it is important that every Service User owns their care and support plan and this will be tailored to the individual to ensure inclusion and understanding. We work in a person centred approach and all plans are made to ensure that the focus is on the person, their goals, wishes, dreams and aspirations.
We encourage the individuals and their circle of support to be involved in the recruitment of their staff, looking and matching the qualities and skills that match the individual’s specific needs through the interview process which can include meeting with the candidates and asking questions during the interview. We feel that is very important that everyone is engaged in this process and that we listen to what people tell us about the staff that work as part of the team.
