Starboard House is a registered residential home providing support to 8 individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The individuals who use our service require 24 hour support in a safe environment which encourages and promotes people to gain confidence in their lives and promotes decision making and choice which is individualised.

About the Property
The property comprises a large detached Grade II listed Georgian property with an open plan detached bungalow to the rear. To the front of the property there is parking and the rear garden is divided into patio area and lawn.
On the ground floor there are 2 single bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room, a separate toilet, a kitchen, the office and a wet room. The first floor consists of 4 single bedrooms, a second wet room, a bathroom, two toilets, a separate toilet and sleep in room. There is a detached bungalow in the garden which has an open plan lounge, a single bed, a kitchenette and a shower with water closet. Main bus route to Southampton city is close by the service.
