Providing home to 5 tenants all holding a tenancy and supported by experienced and well trained staff, Huntingdon Supported Living aims to provide a holistic experience as a means to moving to full independence where possible. The service provides an active support programme determined by the individual personalised needs of those living there. Currently the service is home to a young active group of mixed gender who are working towards a home of their own in the community.
Specialist Expertise
The staff are fully trained and experienced in working to enhance life opportunities through a wide range of activities, many of our tenants attend work, college, evening groups and daily activities. Integration into the local community is a key part of life at the home with training and employment opportunities being actively promoted and structured into their weekly planning.
About the Property
The property is a large spacious bungalow, a specifically designed kitchen and bathroom can provide adapted facilities for wheelchair users. There are five bedrooms 3 with ensuite facilites including a wet room shower facility. A large communal lounge/diner has provision to offer a divide into two communal areas. The bungalow also has a private garden with patio and barbeque area. Situated on the outskirts of town, close to a supermarket.
