About the Property

Oaklands is a large period property that has been recently refurbished; it has good sized rooms with 5 bedrooms in the main house and a completely self-contained 3 bed annexe.  The main house has 3 en-suite rooms, including a ground floor room with an en suite wet room for individuals who may have a physical disability, a room with an adjacent separate bathroom and a self contained bedsit on the first floor. It has a spacious kitchen and lounge with doors opening on to a large garden.

The self contained annexe offers three en-suite rooms with a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is also a guest bedroom for visitors. As it has its own separate front door and garden the annexe can offer supportive services separately from the main house.

Both the main building and the annexe have large double doors which open on to large gardens which are used for games and tenants are encouraged to be more self-sufficient by getting involved in growing their own vegetables. There is a small gym/games room in a separate building at the bottom of the garden and ample parking at the front of both buildings.
