Preparing for Adulthood
Individuals are supported to develop a full range of essential life-skills such as shopping, budgeting, meal preparation, travelling independently on public transport and other skills to achieve greater independence and aid a smooth transition into adult services. Strong links are formed with Regard's Adult Services which include Supported Living schemes, to ensure consistency of care throughout the transition process.
All of our young people have access to the Regard for Learning Education Centre – our OFSTED registered school. Experienced teaching staff provide personal educational programmes. Students engage in a wide range of activities including ICT, horse riding, art, music, drama and opportune engineering.
