Preparing for Adulthood
Individuals are supported to develop a full range of essential life-skills such as shopping, budgeting, meal preparation, travelling independently on public transport and other skills to achieve greater independence and aid a smooth transition into adult services. Strong links are formed with Regard's Adult Services which include Supported Living schemes, to ensure consistency of care throughout the transition process.
