Lansdowne

Lansdowne is a large 5 bedroom house; this service is for adults with mental health / learning disabilities and offers 24 hour support to include waking nights with the back up of an on-call system.

Trained staff will support service users to promote their independence and establish a solid base for integration in to the community. We can cater for individuals who require 1-1 hours of support. Staff are trained with a focus on risk management and continous service developments.

Services Offered

Support service users to prepare for individual budgets and using a person centred planning approaches encompass the “reach” standards of supported living. Trained staff to support people with complex needs and assist them to develop daily living skills. Enable and support individuals to access primary health care for on going health issues. Staff will facilitate accees to education and source potential employment/ volunteering oppotunities. Focus is given to promote personal aims and outcomes for each individual.
