7 bedroom, House, located on the outskirts of the Historic Town of Lydd on the Romney Marsh, surrounded by beautiful countryside and many places to walk or cycle. We have a golf course nearby and are also close to the beach. We have a variety of shops in our local town, but are only a bus ride away from the bigger towns and villages.

This service also offers a Day resource provision for individuals and other individuals living in the community, we have a spacious day room which has use of computers with internet connection and also a range of arts & crafts as well as a pool table. We also arrange outings at tenant’s request.
Services Offered
Each Tenant has access to 24hr staffing support; this would consist of a shift leader and at least one other support worker at any one time, each tenant is given support, to a level needed by them, to live as independently as possible in all areas of their life. As well as offering our day care service, we would also be able to offer an out reach service to support people in their own homes.
About the Property
The service is a 7 bedded detached building comprising of 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge and dining area and kitchen, also a spacious day room and laundry room. There is also an en suite bedroom. On the first floor there are two bath/shower rooms as well as four bedrooms. On the third floor there are two more bedrooms. There is a large front and back garden and also a car port and garage at the rear of the property. We also have use of our own mini bus.
