Regard’s aim is to provide the highest possible quality of support to the people who use our services. We support individuals with learning disabilities. Our enabling, self empowering approach is tailored to a person’s aspirations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
We will develop a package of care and support based on an individual’s assessed needs. By managing a person’s risks, we ensure that they achieve as much independence as possible regardless of need and regardless of living within a residential or supported living setting. All service users are treated as equals.
Our aim is for individuals to gain greater independence and support them to move on to from residential care to supported living in the community where possible.
Here at Eastbourne Rd we specalise in supporting young adults with learning disabilities who may also have associated complex behavioral needs, epilepsy and or autism. It is a very active, vibrant service and support is flexibly structured to meet the busy life’s of the young people accessing colleges, employment and numerous local social and recreational opportunities.
