Welcome to Regard

Welcome to the Regard website, where you will find information on the flexible, personalised support we provide for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs or Acquired Brain Injuries through more than 125 supported living services and residential care homes across England and Wales.

Since Regard was founded in 1994, our aim has been to empower Service Users to shape their own lives and the supported living, domiciliary care or residential care services they receive from us.

Today, this ethos remains stronger than ever, as we continue to look for new ways to help each Service User achieve their full potential, on their terms.

As CEO of Regard, I am proud to lead a team of 1,600 skilled and dedicated care professionals and am committed to using my extensive experience in the healthcare and hospice sectors to develop our company and our people so that we best serve everyone we provide with care.

Our services support individuals with a wide range of complex needs and include outreach services, such as domiciliary care and specialist care and support for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, provided in their own homes, in parts of the South East. We also offer services for children with Learning Disabilities and emotional and behavioural issues, including specialist education provision.

Across our services, we draw on the expertise of our Positive Behavioural Support Service, which uses a person-centred approach to design and implement short and long-term intervention and support strategies to manage and minimise challenging behaviour.

Please take the time explore our website and the flexible, bespoke services we are able to offer. If you would like more information about Regard’s services, or have any queries, please contact us.
