An integral part of our Pathways to Progress approach involves Working Partnerships. The development and nurturing of these partnerships – with care management, service users, families, local communities and our staff – helps us to refine the nature of our care and support and facilitate service users towards greater independence.

We have also developed a series of partnerships with relevant third party organisations. It might be to learn more about latest best practice in a specialist area of care, or to provide sporting opportunities, but these associations have been pursued with one goal - to enrich the lives of service users.
