Regard/ACH conference award - Best Operational Team – Gordon Avenue

Best-Operational-Team-Award

Best Operational Team – Gordon Avenue

Reason for nomination:
Chris is manic depressive and was diagnosed bi-polar. Kylie involved him in the recruitment process of the new team (5 staff) last summer. Some interviews were even held in the garden so that he could be free to walk about, ask his questions and hear what people were saying. Chris has made amazing progress since last July.
