The service is able to support individuals from the age of 17 as part of a transitional model of support we promote at Regard. In each case we would work closely with all parties to ensure an agreed approach is put in place to helpan individual make that transition in to adulthood a positive one.

Current Profile of service: Arcadian Gardens has five single rooms with shared communal space. It is a 24-hour supported living service. This service would be suitable for anyone moving from residential care or their family home who needs a transition before moving in to more independent living environments. We are proud of the people who have achieved this goal and have numerous success stories.
Focus of Service: Supporting people to live a full and active life, to achieve greater independence and ideally supporting individuals to move to their own accommodation with outreach support. To provide continuity of support, we are able to offer this from the same staff team.
Hours Provided: The service has a sleep-in night member of staff and background staff during the day. Individuals are assessed for 1:1 hours.
