Focus of service: The service has experience of working with adults who have complex needs and high levels of vulnerability, supporting and enabling them to become more independent in their every day life. The service is outcome focused working with individuals to achieve their goals in a way that is meaningful to them.

The service has easy access to community facilities including shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and colleges.

24 hour support providing one waking night and one sleeping night.

Outcome based support, which is specifically designed around the person, their wants, wishes, goals and aspirations.

Person centred planning and tailor made support packages which meet individual needs.

Positive risk taking – ensuring people can make decisions helping them to progress while staying safe and happy.

Support to participate in weekly health and safety, fire and first aid checks, as well as nightly security checks and keeping safe awareness.

Continuity and consistency of support managed by an experienced home manager.

There is an energetic and enthusiastic trained staff team who provide support to people who also have physical disabilities. We also have staff trained in using a hoist.

Provide specialised care for people who have gastric feeding tubes (PEG).

Support service users with hearing and visual impairments.

Andrea Cully is the Registered manager of this service that adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Andrea has over 20 years of experience in delivering quality care to people. Andrea manages a stable staff team that is well trained in areas such as Total Communication, Autism and Managing Challenging Behaviour. In 2014 Andrea won the registered care home manager award at the Great British care awards.

Staff at Kneller Road promote independence and support people to develop and maintain contact with their families. The brother of one of the residents wrote “…I thank you again for giving my brother the professional care he is entitled to.”

Brothers reunited after 60 years at Kneller Road

At our Kneller Road service in Twickenham, Middlesex, two brothers have been reunited after being separated for 60 years.

Fred from Kneller Road enjoys riding a tractor on his holiday.

Fred from Kneller Road recently went on a lovely holiday to Hawehurst in Kent, he visited animal parks and enjoyed rides on a steam train and a tractor.

Two decades of caring at Kneller Road

A Twickenham residential service that supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues has just celebrated its 20th anniversary by holding a party for the people who live there, as well as staff, family members and friends from neighbouring services.



Investors in People Gold tea party celebrations at Kneller

We were delighted to learn that we have been awarded the prestigious Gold Investors In People standard and decided to celebrate by holding a company-wide ‘Gold Tea Party’ in all of our Regard services on 30th September.



Kneller Road’s Andrea crowned top Care Manager

We are all delighted that Andrea Cully, who runs Kneller Road care home in Whitton, Twickenham, was crowned Registered Care Home Manager 2014 for the London Region at the Great British Care Awards.
