People living at the home are treated with dignity and respect. When speaking of their experiences of living at the home, one person told us that they were ‘comfortable’ and ‘very happy here’ and ‘loved the food and their room’. They confirmed to us that they were able to exercise their rights and choices in all aspects of their daily life. We were told ‘I feel I have control’ and that they could ‘talk’ to the manager and staff about any issues they may have and felt that they were treated with dignity and respect by staff.
