Jubilee House is a supported living service for six adults with Learning Disabilities and individual complex needs in Twickenham, Richmond.

Vacancy Details: Final first floor, en-suite room available.

Age Range: 18-65

Current Profile of Service: Within Jubilee House there will be six bedrooms either ensuite or with a dedicated bathroom plus large communal areas.

Hours Provided: 24-hour support with waking night staff.

Focus of Service: The service has experience of working with adults who have complex needs and high levels of vulnerability, supporting and enabling them to become more independent in their every day life. The service is outcome focused working with individuals to achieve their goals in a way that is meaningful to them.

Success Stories

Jubilee House is situated close to the Twickenham Rugby ground and close to all the local amenities and public transport in to other parts of London. The staff team are focussed on developing the individual to become more independent both within their home and in the wider community. Each person we support will have a detailed outcome plan which will be meaningful to each person and will be developed from the very first day we start to support them.

24 hour support including one waking night staff. Promotion of independence and integration into the community.

Fully inclusive support planning, care needs and risk assessment by skilled and qualified staff experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities and with associated complex needs.

An outcome-focused approached with proven track record of supporting individuals to gain greater independence and skills including independent living skills, support with finances and social integration.

Energetic and Enthusiastic trained staff team.

Louisa Terry will lead the team at Jubilee House and has been working within the care sector for the past seven years. Louisa is qualified at NVQ Level 4 Health and Social care, PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in lifelong Learning sector) level 3 and qualified up to pre level 3 in British Sign Language.The staff team supporting Louisa collectively have 51 years of experience within the care sector and have completed Regard’s mandatory and specialised training.
