The property has a homely atmosphere, with a number of communal areas including a large lounge, dining room, a smaller lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have either an en suite bathroom. The property has its own vehicles and there is easy access to buses and trains.
We offer full needs and risk assessments completed by trained and experienced staff in liaison with the individual and anyone else they wish to be involved such as family, friend, or advocate. We provide person-centred support plans which include details of how we assist individuals to maintain their independence.
Support to individuals with a range of activities including: Budget planning and finances, meal planning, shopping and household tasks, establishing community links and promoting self-advocacy and support in accessing health services.
Liam Titley is the Registered service manager at Roseville House, He has over 10 years of experience working in the sector, starting his career in Children’s services as a support worker where he moved up to Team Leader over time. In 2015 Liam moved to Adelphi Care Service and became a Team Leader at Highbury House, in this period he developed the skills of management and became Deputy Manager of Roseville House in 2017 and eventually becoming the service Manager by the end of 2017. Liam holds NVQ level 3 in health and social care, and is working towards his level 5 in management.
Liam has also attended specialist training courses around, Autism, Managing behaviours that may challenge, PEACE interview training, effective communication, essential conversations for honest outcomes, managing people and bereavement.
The Team supporting Liam have over 30 years experience between them within the health and social care sector. A number have completed specialist training in Autism, managing behaviours that challenge, epilepsy, person centred approach, medication administration, Makaton and effective communication and are all able to apply this knowledge within the service.
