At Lambourne House, our residential service in Selsey, the people we support have been watching many football matches as part of this year’s FIFA World Cup.

Some of the men living at Lambourne House are keen football fans, so they were naturally very excited for there to be so many games they could watch this summer, during the world cup held in Russia.

Aaron has been wearing his England football shirt with pride. He has been enjoying watching the games so far, and was absolutely thrilled when England beat Panama 6-1 in their second game of the tournament.

As can be seen in the photographs, Aaron has decorated his room with England flags and a giant flag with the England team’s badge.

Service Manager, Karen says “I would like to say how lovely it is to see the people who live at Lambourne House being supported so well and enjoying topics of national interest.”

Everyone at the service is looking forward to watching the rest of England’s games throughout the coming month, collectively everyone at Lambourne House says “Come on England!”
