The people supported at Cornerleigh, our residential service in Havant, recently woke up to the delightful sight of snow outside. Everyone at the service was excited to be able to go outside and play in it.
The snow lasted for two days, during which time the people supported by Cornerleigh made the most of the conditions and enjoyed making lots of snowballs and snowmen in the garden, with support from the staff team.
The team made sure nobody was left out, and helped anyone who wanted to, to come outside. Keven, who is photographed (right) had a fantastic time and enjoyed telling service manager Richard all about how he successfully and playfully hit his support worker Polly with a snowball.
Everyone wishes the snow had lasted longer as they loved playing in it so much.
