This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week. As well as having a caring nature, you will need to be flexible, reliable and able to use your own initiative. Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities/mental health needs would be advantageous. An NVQ Level 2 in Social Health and Care (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

As well as having a caring nature, you will need to be flexible, reliable, hard working, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative. Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities/mental health needs is a necessity as is an NVQ Level 3 in Social Health and Care. Prior experience as a Senior Support Worker and a clean, full driving license is also a requirement for this post. Experience in shift leading and supervising junior staff is essential.
