Internal Quality Auditors

We are seeking to appoint a number of part-time Internal Auditors across all of our services in England and Wales from 1st April 2012. Depending on the number of hours that you want to work and where you live, you will be given a number of services to visit and you will be required to audit each address twice per year and produce audit reports and action plans. You will have worked as a Registered Manager in CQC, CSSIW or OFSTED regulated services and you will be able to demonstrate a range of knowledge, skills and experience in how to meet and audit Regulatory compliance and measure Service User outcomes.

 

This is a flexible working opportunity where you can arrange to undertake audits at a time that is convenient to both you and the service and you will receive £15 per hour, plus mileage allowance and subsistence where required. All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced CRB check.

Full Time Support Workers Required for a Supported Living Service in Cranborne, Dorset and a Residential Service in Ringwood, Hampshire for Adults with Learning Disabilities

There are full time positions available of 37.5 hours per week plus sleep in’s when required, working on a Service User led rota across 7 days. Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Good communication skills required as well as a high standard of written work. Duties will include supporting individuals towards independence in all areas of their lives and may include personal care.

 

An NVQ Level 2 in Social Health and Care (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

Various Support Roles Required

  • Experienced in working with total communication, intensive interaction and person centred planning.
  • Focused on supporting individuals to move forward, enabling individuals to achieve their aspirations and goals.
  • Confident, calm and patient, along with the ability to multi task. Remaining positive and upbeat.
  • Dynamic and flexible in approach with the qualities to support and enable the individuals in the service.

Night staff and Support Workers required – Hailsham, East Sussex.

We currently require night staff within one of residential services, for adults with learning disabilities. Previous experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.  Duties will include supporting individuals towards independence in all areas of their lives – including personal and domestic skills. Some domestic tasks will be required. This position is for 10 hours per week, every Saturday working from 9.30pm – 7.30am.

 

 We also require Zero hour contract staff for day and night shifts, experience preferred but not essential.
