Regard/ACH conference award - Best Senior Support Worker/Keyworker – Vicky Bailey

Best Senior Support Worker/Keyworker – Vicky Bailey

Reason for nomination:
Vicky regularly supports her service users to look for activities which have a positive impact on their lives, Vicky goes about her daily role with a smile on her face and a positive attitude, always being willing to help out and go the extra mile to assist her manager and the LM. The words ‘I can’t’ do not enter Vicky’s vocabulary and she will always seek appropriate avenues/adaptations to ensure those she supports ‘can’.
