Success Stories

Homeleigh is large Victorian, detached house set in its own private gardens in Crumpsall, Manchester. It offers spacious accommodation over three floors. The bedrooms offer single and double accommodation. There is a kitchen/diner/lounge on each of the three floors. There are a number of bathrooms/shower rooms located near to the bedrooms that are fully accessible.

Before we offer a placement, a comprehensive assessment of needs, wants and wishes is undertaken. Part of this process will be a visit to the home and if the person is unable to visit themselves, we will ensure that a family member or advocate visits before any agreements are made about the placement. People are all allocated a key worker and together they will produce a person centred support plan. This plan will be reviewed on a monthly basis. Homeleigh provides 24 hour support including waking night staff.
