Our staff team at Rosebank, our residential service in Mitcham recently organised and hosted their annual summer barbecue.

It has become tradition to invite neighbouring Regard services over for some delicious food and a fun afternoon of socialising.

Everyone was pleased that the weather stayed warm and dry and both staff and people they support enjoyed spending time in Rosebank’s big garden which had been decorated by the staff team.

Locality Manager, Maarten Vegting joined in the fun, even taking over cooking duties on the barbeque at one point.

Everyone at Rosebank enjoys organising such events throughout the year and the service will be getting involved in Regard’s Afternoon Tea Week later in the summer.

Senior Support Worker Sandra said “We all enjoyed ourselves with tasty food, cooked fresh by Rosebank staff, and pleasant company.”
