Town Farm held its 3rd annual Christmas Shopping Evening in November. The workshops were cleared so that 14 stallholders consisting of local crafts people and producers as well as artists from Town Farm could attempt to sell their wares as Christmas presents. We had a good turnout in spite of the pouring rain and raised a total of £271.70 from sales, raffle, entry refreshments and Santa’s Grotto. Other stall holders reported good sales and are already planning for next year’s event!

On December the 6th we enjoyed our Christmas lunch, which this year relocated to The Coach and Horses in Wimborne. There was a grand total of 43 at this year’s meal so we hired a coach to transport the crowd from the workshops to the pub. There was a great atmosphere, the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. At the end of the meal we all enjoyed the speeches delivered by various different members of the workshops.
